Two-room flat Esperia The flat is located on the beautiful beach of Tono, a few minutes from the centre of Milazzo. The beach is located in the final stretch of the west coast. In addition to the transparent sea and the fiery red sunsets, from the beach you can enjoy a suggestive view of the Aeolian Islands on one side and Mount Etna on the other.

The residence has a veranda with garden furniture, a communal garden where guests can enjoy an aperitif in total relaxation, a 24-hour bar service, and two large communal terraces. The free public car park is just a few metres from the flat.Guarded parking for bicycles and motorbikes.

The flat is about 40 square metres, ideal to accommodate 4 people and consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchenette equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and cooking utensils. Private bathroom with shower, washbasin and bidet. Other amenities include: desk, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries.

The beach is about 20 metres away, and a supermarket, bakery, bar, deli and laundry are about 1 km away within walking distance. The castle, a national and European Union heritage site, is 2.5 km away. Excursions to the Aeolian Islands can be made by boat or hydrofoil, and the port is about 1.8 km away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
