House 200 metres from the beach with veranda and beautiful private garden The newly built holiday house (2014) is 200 metres from the beach. It offers 70 square metres of living space on two floors and is equipped with everything you need to spend wonderful, relaxing days. A quiet and well-serviced place that can accommodate four adults and one child.

Outside you will find a large veranda furnished with garden furniture. Very special is the private garden surrounding the house with orange and lemon trees. Free parking spaces are available on the road near the house.

The accommodation consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is also a service bathroom. A wooden staircase leads up to the loft where the double bedroom is located (the bed can also be separated into two single beds). WIFI and air conditioning are included. Utilities are always included in the booking total.

The resort is multi-awarded with the European Blue Flag, the Green Flag for child-friendly beaches and the 4 Sails of Legambiente 2011. It is a tourist area (Lido Fiori/Porto Palo di Menfi) listed among the 333 best beach areas in Italy. The area is very popular for windsurfing. In the surroundings one can enjoy a variety of activities such as cycling, diving and fishing. It is a central location for excursions to places of great scenic and archaeological interest such as Sciacca, Selinunte, Segesta and Agrigento. The nearest airport is Trapani (Aeroporto Vincenzo Flori 90 km away). Palermo - Punta Raisi airport is about 105 km away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
