The holiday home for 7 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private), a terrace and an air conditioner. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Mamma Pina, a 19th century baglio magnificently renovated by the owners (Serena and Luciano), is located in the Menfi countryside about 6 km from the wonderful Portopalo beach, whose clean, white sand has been Blue Flag since 1999.

The house is on one level with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a loft with a single bed.
The spacious living area features a modern kitchen and a cosy sitting room with a comfortable double sofa bed.
The whole house is refined in its details, with sandstone decorating the walls, the terracotta floor tiles giving warmth and the beautiful Sicilian majolica tiles enlivening the entire property.
It should be noted, on the owners' specific instructions, that Mamma Pina's guests can make use of the seasonal open-air organic vegetable garden.

Rooms (3) and Bathrooms (4): two doubles, both with en-suite bathroom (shower); a loft with a single bed; a sofa bed for two people in the living area; a bathroom (without shower); an external bathroom with shower. Note: electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Beyond this limit, there will be a charge. On arrival, payment of the Tourist Tax, required by the Municipality of Menfi for up to 7 days, is required, excluding children under 16 years of age.

Outside there is a large swimming pool area with another bathroom with shower, a barbecue area and a series of beautiful corners, with tables and chairs, and with the panorama of the sea as a spectacular backdrop.
Mamma Pina is equipped with all the comforts a holiday home needs for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.

We are 6 km from Portopalo di Menfi, repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag as the cleanest and most sustainable beach in Sicily.
The seaside village of Portopalo is a very typical place, with low houses and a 16th century tower.
The nearest town is Menfi, 2 km away.
Agrigento, with its Unesco temples, is 60 km away: a valley of history and almond trees!
10 km away are the Cave di Cusa (photo), a stone quarry mysteriously abandoned in 409 BC.
Here you can still see the rows of columns for the sacred temples of Selinunte!
Also worth a visit is the Valle del Belice (10 km), a very mysterious place with ghost towns, endless agricultural fields, futuristic cities...
Selinunte, the largest archaeological park in Europe, is 20 km away.
Sciacca, a medieval Sicilian city, is 15 km away.
Palermo, the capital of Sicily, is 60 km away: monuments, museums and the renowned open-air markets of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
