Mamma Cossyra is an elegant property 80 metres from the popular Lido Fiori beach. A beautiful Mediterranean garden with prickly pears, cacti of various types and a lawn surrounds the house.

It is a plunge into the 1970s under a cascade of Murano light that one experiences as one passes through the porch to the bright entrance of this villa. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and small walk-in wardrobe, and a twin. The second bathroom is very large, with a walk-in shower wall. The beautiful, spacious living room is lit by the bay window overlooking the furnished porch, and here we also find a fireplace and TV. Right next door is the kitchen with a French window opening to the outside. An internal staircase leads to a relaxation room with a bookcase and a very large terrace. Obviously from the terrace there is a beautiful sea view.The house is equipped with all comforts and the rooms are spacious and bright. An enchanting little square 80 metres away where there are restaurants, bars and a lovely golden sandy beach. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
