General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. The flat is on the first floor of a 3-storey building, within the 'Antigua' residence. It is located in Fondachello di Mascali (Catania), about 30 metres from the beautiful beaches of Fondachello, in a quiet, refined area with little traffic. Restaurants, Pizzerias, Supermarkets, Pubs, Coffee shops and Shops, are all outside the residence and reachable in a few minutes on foot.

The residence is surrounded by a large communal garden with a swimming pool, children's playground, bowling green and entertainment corner, which are often organised in the summer. The balconies are equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, two beach umbrellas. The entire residence is fenced off with an assigned parking space inside.

The flat, on one floor, has an area of 75 square metres and consists of the following rooms: a large living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed for two persons; a bedroom (next to the living room) with a double bed; a second bedroom with two single beds; a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a large dining table; and an adjoining bathroom with shower and bidet. There is a large balcony at the front, just above the pool, and another balcony at the back.

The beach is about 30 m away and can be reached via an internal pathway, so that even a pushchair or pram can access it. The village/town centre with restaurants, pizzeria, coffee shop, pubs, supermarkets and shops are all within a 100 m radius.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
