The flat has a large kitchen-living area with sofa and TV corner, which faces a very large, fully furnished outdoor patio that enjoys considerable privacy guaranteed by a thick hedge. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (static oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, complete hob, table and chairs, high chair for babies).
