The villa includes two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, as well as a bedroom with a single sofa bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while an additional full bathroom ensures convenience for all guests.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
