The holiday home for 11 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds, three double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool, a garden and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, two showers, two toilets, two washbasins and two bidets.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave and an oven.

This villa is the ideal starting point for exploring the fascinating places and natural beauties of Western Sicily. The house is ideal for a vacation with family or friends! It has a nice swimming pool where you can enjoy refreshing dips. The interiors of the house are nicely done and decorated. You can relish delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen of the house. The bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for providing peaceful sleep.

This spacious holiday home offers comfortable accommodation across two floors, with a bright living and dining area featuring a double sofa bed and TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, blender, kettle, and toaster, while the bedrooms provide four double beds and three single beds across five bedrooms. Two bathrooms with showers, toilets, bidets, and washbasins provide added convenience, complemented by a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private covered terrace, furnished garden, and private 8 × 4 m swimming pool, open from April to October, with a high chair also available.

Note: The swimming pool is purified with salt, and chlorine is possibly used in periods of high temperatures

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
