Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating, forced-air heating. Heating available only from 01.12. to 31.03. Large terrace 80 m2, roofed, large terrace 150 m2, porch 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). Very beautiful view of the countryside and the ocean. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
