Delightful villa immersed in the green countryside of Giarratana, in Contrada Serramargi, in an oasis of Mediterranean vegetation. The house is on two levels. On the ground floor, the large and bright living room, equipped with two double sofa beds and a TV cabinet, is furnished with style and simplicity, which matches perfectly with the furnishings of the kitchen. Both are arranged in a single room to make the most of the brightness and space that the house offers. In addition, we find a second living room that can also be used as a bedroom thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed inside. On the ground floor we also find the laundry room with washing machine, a bedroom with two single beds, and a double bedroom. Each room on this floor has an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor is the sleeping area which consists of three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one room with three single beds. All the rooms have a bathroom with shower. The large outdoor spaces allow you to fully enjoy the Villa also outside, thanks to a spacious veranda equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor kitchen, from here you can have a view of all the greenery surrounding the house and of the beautiful swimming pool for the exclusive use of the tenants. The house is built on three levels, the lower one with a veranda
with table tennis table and foosball table, consisting of a large dining room with a fireplace in
masonry fireplace and a large wooden dining table, complete with double sofa bed; from the aforementioned
room leads to a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and
refrigerator with freezer. The sleeping area comprises: two double bedrooms with dresser and
wardrobe and a twin with bunk beds, a laundry room with bathroom and shower.
The ground floor, the floor from which the property is accessed, consists of a cosy
living room with a sofa with peninsula, a coffee table made of wood and wrought iron, a low table for the
TV and a table clearing with several compartments at your disposal. From the living room you have access to a
comfortable equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The first floor comprises a double bedroom with a chest of drawers and two bedside tables, with
adjoining bathroom with shower and a small private veranda overlooking the pool.

The entrance to the house is through a large forecourt used as a private parking area. Attention, however, is drawn to the magnificent swimming pool with jacuzzi that dominates the entire veranda, with barbecue and brick seats. The pool is open from April until October inclusive.

The entire Villa is furnished and equipped to ensure every comfort for guests who choose it. The garden furniture, such as rocking chairs, deckchairs, masonry seats, allow you to enjoy the Villa in extreme comfort even outdoors and are all available to you, the guests. The property is equipped in all rooms with air conditioning. HEATING: Fireplace, heat pump.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
