A simple but well-kept flat, ideal for those seeking authenticity, comfort and the pleasure of outdoor living thanks to its two splendid private terraces.

The house is located along the main street, right in front of the recently renovated town hall square. Here you can breathe in the real Sicily: the voices of the people, children playing, conversations in the bars, the sounds of the street and neighbourhood life that flows between tradition and everyday life. Beyond the square, the seafront promenade awaits you, with its beaches, patisseries, restaurants and evening strolls that become increasingly lively as you approach the more touristy part of Naxos.

The terraces:

The main terrace opens out onto the wonderful sea of Giardini Naxos, visible as soon as you walk through the front door. A space to be enjoyed at any time of day: breakfast with a view, lunches and dinners in the open air, aperitifs at sunset, moments of relaxation when returning from the beach.

The back terrace, more intimate and reserved, overlooks the railway tracks and is perfect for a refreshing shower after the sea or for an informal barbecue under the stars, thanks to the practical barbecue.

New fixtures ensure a quiet and comfortable environment, despite the liveliness of the centre.

The flat is on the second floor (no lift) and is unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
