Favignana is easily reached by regular ferry services from Trapani, a bustling port city about 20 kilometres away. The ferry journey usually takes around 30 minutes and offers stunning views of the surrounding sea and nearby islands. For those arriving by air, Trapani's Vincenzo Florio airport offers easy access to several Italian cities, making it a convenient gateway to the island. Once in Favignana, visitors can explore the charming streets on foot, bike or scooter, immersing themselves in the relaxed and intimate atmosphere of the island.

The property is a spacious 150 m²  situated on the ground floor, offering stunning sea views and a beautiful swimming pool. With three well-appointed bedrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The first bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom also includes a double bed with a full bathroom. The villa includes an additional full bathroom for added convenience. The living room is tastefully furnished and includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two more guests.

Designed with comfort in mind, the villa is equipped with a range of modern amenities, such as a cozy indoor fireplace, satellite TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a freezer, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and all the necessary kitchenware. For added convenience, the villa also features a washing machine, hairdryer, dehumidifier, and an iron with an ironing board.

The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, with garden furniture on the patio, a hammock for relaxation, and a barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining. The property is equipped with a security alarm and includes safety features like a safe.

The villa is also disability-friendly, with features designed for accessibility, although there may be some steps inside.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
