The apartment boasts a scenic location overlooking the small tourist harbor of Marettimo, nestled in the heart of the picturesque village. Its central location offers the convenience of being just a short walk from local shops, restaurants, and the ferry terminal while still maintaining a quiet and relaxed atmosphere with beautiful sea views.

Marettimo is part of the Aegadian Islands (Isole Egadi), which are located off the western coast of Sicily in Italy. Situated approximately 44 kilometers from Trapani, the island lies in the Mediterranean Sea and is part of the Egadi Islands Marine Reserve. Marettimo is known for its dramatic coastline, crystal-clear waters, and unspoiled nature. It is accessible by ferry or hydrofoil from Trapani.

This two-room apartment spans two levels. The lower floor contains a sleeping area with a double bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a living room with a sofa bed. The upper floor has a spacious living area with a kitchenette, an additional sofa bed, and a furnished terrace with partial sea views. The apartment comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, a telephone, an alarm clock, a minibar, a bathroom with a shower and a bidet, a hairdryer, bed linens, and a courtesy set. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
