The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private), a balcony, a garden (fenced) and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The villa is located in the seaside village of Cornino, a few hundred metres from the beach, in a beautiful natural area.

The house has a breathtaking exterior where you can find many corners where you can enjoy your stay: there is the pool area that overlooks the sea; there is a living room where you can read a book, next to the pool; the barbecue area, perfectly equipped with a wood-burning oven where you can make your own pizzas; there are lots of flowers and trees in the park; and then there is the terrace, a wonderful balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea!

The property consists of two floors with 4 bedrooms: two doubles and two singles, two large living rooms and two bathrooms, and a large kitchen/living room. Note: electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. beyond this limit, it will have a cost.

The seaside village of Cornino is a real jewel of this area. A marvellous little bay at the foot of Mount Cofano, a naturalistic pearl that you absolutely must visit. A few kilometres away you can also reach the famous village of Scopello, another world-famous geographical wonder.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
