The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels), a fireplace and a DVD player. Villa Carta Fashion is a lovely villa located in Terrasini, 700 mt from the beach. Terrasini, a charming seaside resort town, offers its visitors all kinds of services and restaurants. During the summer the city centre, with its restaurants and clubs, is full of people and the stores are open until late in the evening.

The villa is on two levels. You may access it from a spacious and bright living room, with its stylish look ensured by the furniture and the materials. The living room has a corner with fireplace and an elegant, well-kept cooking area, fully equipped. There is the possibility of a couch bed in the living room. A small hallway leads to a double bedroom. The main bathroom has a shower with hydro-massage. From the living room a spiral staircase leads to the attic on the first floor, where there are two bedrooms, both of them with a French bed. Here you can find a further bathroom with shower.

The villa is surrounded by a spacious veranda with outdoor furniture overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The beautiful garden rich in colored flowers and Mediterranean plants, is the perfect place to spend relaxing moments in contact with nature.

The villa is about 25 km from Palermo, the regional capital of Sicily and only 10 minutes from the international airport.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
