The house has all the comforts, air conditioning and Smart TV in all rooms, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with capsules, all the kitchenware, in the bathroom thermo furniture and hair dryer. All rooms, including the living room, are equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV. Bed linen and tablecloths can be provided. Utilities (electricity, water and Wi-Fi) are included. It is rented for short periods only.
Shuttle service to and from the aeroplane port (for a fee), guided excursions and mini-vans are organised....

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
