The Villa is located in the hamlet of Verzella, surrounded by nature and the vineyards of the Carranco Winery. A path of ancient lava stones leads to the Villa passing through its enclosed private garden of approximately 3,000 m2.

Inside, the villa stands out for its beauty and quality. It has been completely renovated to an exceptionally high standard, with particular attention to the use of ancient and traditional techniques and local materials such as Etna lava stone, handmade terracotta floors and walnut shutters. All decorations, furnishings and accessories are of impeccable taste and quality, combining modern design with antique furniture and paintings. A perfect choice all year round, all facilities are designed to perfectly balance the best of Sicilian tradition with modern comfort. The villa is arranged on two levels. First floor - Two symmetrical lava stone staircases lead you up to the main entrance of the villa. The entrance, with vaulted ceilings, includes a living and dining area. An elegant, professionally equipped kitchen with dining table. Four master bedrooms with unique views, each with their own private designer bathrooms. Second floor - a wrought-iron and lava stone spiral staircase leads to a master bedroom with bathroom, and to an 80 m2 panoramic terrace.

The beautiful L-shaped swimming pool (15 x 6 m) is located in a panoramic position, to enjoy views of Mount Etna on one side and the Nebrodi mountains on the other. A private garden of palm trees surrounds the pool, for perfect relaxation. Numerous paths lead through the vineyards and olive groves to a two-hectare historic garden with native vegetation and flowers. A true immersion in the peace of nature....

Villa Baroni stands above the old palmento of the Carranco Winery, where wine was produced according to the most ancient Sicilian tradition.

Within the Villa dei Baroni Wine Resort, Villa dei Baroni is ideally located to be discreetly secluded (no other houses within 3 km) and close to everything (the airport, Taormina and its beaches, the Picciolo golf club). Also worth mentioning are its unique panoramic views (particularly of Mount Etna, the village of Castiglione di Sicilia, the Nebrodi Mountains and, at night, a very rare starry sky).

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
