The villa has a large outdoor area with a large swimming pool, barbecue area, a terrace overlooking the pool where you can spend summer moments, and from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the park and Mount Etna; and many charming corners all around the property.

We are in Pedagaggi, a small village in the eastern part of Sicily. It is a place renowned for its orange and lemon trees, a delightful part of Sicily. Pedagaggi is located in a naturalistic and agricultural area. You should visit Buccheri (a very beautiful town with an interesting local Art Nouveau style), Monte Lauro (a nature area) and the archaeological site of Lentini (one of the most important Greek settlements). The sea is about 20 minutes away. We recommend the sandy beach of Agnone Bagni. The largest town where you can find everything you need is Carlentini (about 6 km). Pedagaggi is strategically located, 40 km from Catania and Siracusa.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
