The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. Mamma Maria is immersed in a typical Mediterranean orange grove and is spread over two levels. All the rooms are bright and spacious and carefully finished. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room that overlooks the garden; the magnificent round living room, elegant, comfortable and with a wall of windows overlooking the pool area and with a splendid view of the sea; the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; two further bathrooms. A fashionable staircase leads to the first floor where there is a beautiful interior terrace overlooking the living room, with billiard table, treadmill, table football and home gym; a double bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and television. Electricity is included up to 200 kWh per week. Any surplus will be charged.

The exterior of the house is full of romantic corners, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a relaxing pool area with a super view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the latter being 10 km away.

We are in Carini, a beautiful town famous for its marvellous castle and for the dramatic story of one of its inhabitants: Laura Lanza di Trabia (the Baroness of Carini).Carini is 5 km away from the sandy beach, where there are many services such as lidos, restaurants, bars...Segesta, the archaeological area, is 40 km away.Palermo, the capital of Sicily, with its splendid monuments, markets, beaches and street food, is only 15 km away.We recommend visiting the following places: Zingaro Nature Reserve and the village of Scopello (50 km); Trapani (60 km); Capo Gallo Nature Reserve (15 km); Cefalù (60 km).The airport is 10 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
