Comfortable holiday flat with wonderful views close to the beach (approx. 120 sqm living space) only 50 m to the sea and the most beautiful beaches on the north coast of Sicily. The holiday flat is centrally, yet quietly located on the "Lungomare" beach promenade of Capo d' Orlando (13,200 inhabitants). Suitable for 2-6 people. All destinations in the town centre are within easy walking distance. The marvellous sandy beaches are just 50 m away on foot. The town centre of Capo d' Orlando is an 8-minute walk away. The various shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes.

The house is situated on private grounds with its own driveway and a car park is available.

The flat is also suitable for two families who want to holiday together. You live in one house and yet each family has its own private area. The holiday flat is located on the first floor of an apartment building and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and washing machine, a living room and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom no. 1 has a double bed, a sofa and a large wardrobe. Bedroom no. 2 has two single beds which can also be put together to form a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed, wardrobe and up to two extra beds or a seating area. A bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. All rooms have access to one of the three balconies with mountain, garden and sea views from which you can enjoy the view of the Aeolian Islands on the horizon.

The light-coloured sandy beach here on the north coast is free and accessible to everyone, including children. Several lidos along the beach provide refreshments in the summer months and entertainment in the evenings.

The flat is ideal for a family holiday, beach holiday, hiking, cycling, sightseeing. The sea with various beautiful sandy and fine pebble beaches is only 50 metres away from the holiday flat.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
