Villa Casale Bagni is located in the south-eastern part of Sicily, between Canicattini Bagni and Floridia and is only 2 km from Canicattini Bagni. It is in a very strategic position to reach the best destinations such as, Siracusa (Ortigia) ,Noto, Avola, Fontane Bianche, Palazzolo Acreide.

The villa is totally for exclusive use and offers much privacy. It is accessed through a large gate that leads you onto a driveway to the parking area where we find a roundabout dominated by a large centenary olive tree. Immediately we notice the main unit and to the side the swimming pool and solarium area. There is plenty of green space and about 6000 square metres of land consisting of lawns, trees and orchards. The main unit is about 80 sqm and consists of a living room with dining table, air conditioning and 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, continuing we have an equipped kitchen and then a double bedroom. On the outside there is a veranda which can be reached externally or through the living room.

The swimming pool area, which is the strong point of the villa, offers a large sunbathing area with shady pergolas and sun loungers, the pool has a size of 10 x 5 metres.

The house also offers a washing machine, TV, wifi.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
