Costa mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
Internally, the villa offers a comfortable kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet, and 4 spacious bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Internet WI-FI , washing machine, fan and TV .

The outside area of the villa has a veranda that can be used as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there is also a shower, toilet, sink and foot wash basin, which are very useful for long afternoons sunbathing or returning from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free of charge.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
