The holiday home for 6 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private), a barbecue and a garden (fenced). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Our facility is located in Tre Fontane, in western Sicily, and is proposed to those who wish to spend their holidays in a peaceful setting, just a few metres from the sea. "Villa al Mare" has no. 4 rooms with all comforts, a fully equipped kitchen, a large indoor dining room, and a panoramic veranda. A splendid villa a few steps from the sea surrounded by a large garden with a hydromassage pool. Guests will have at their disposal double rooms with the possibility of adding a third bed equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, en-suite bathroom and private veranda. In summer, "Villa al Mare" offers a relaxing holiday by the sea with a wide beach. In autumn our area, rich in vineyards and olive groves, offers the possibility of wine and food excursions and tastings of typical local products. The facility was opened in August 2011.

The facility is located near the Archaeological Park of Selinunte and Cave di Cusa, the temples of Agrigento, the Egadi Islands, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the island of Mothia, and the medieval towns of Erice and Segesta.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
