The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, six televisions and two heaters. In addition there is a garden, a porch, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a swimming pool and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four bidets, six showers, seven toilets and eight washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, two ovens and a stove.

The spacious holiday home has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and an outbuilding with a 5th bedroom and bathroom. This old farmhouse has been completely rebuilt with sustainable materials. For example, it has solar panels and thermal solar energy for hot water. The owners grow olives and capers and live in a small cottage on site._x000D_

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 200,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
