The small house is situated on the 3rd floor of a 3-storey building and is accessed by a fairly comfortable staircase; one enters through a door into a small open hallway, which also serves as a terrace. Then an internal door leads to the living room with a corner kitchen equipped with all necessities, and the other part of 2 sofas, one of which is extendable as a sofa bed. There is a door that leads onto another balcony where in the evening you can eat or take the cool sitting in a deckchair, with a view of Taormina or Naxos Gardens, which are respectively 5 km from Taormina and 2 km from Naxos Gardens (which are the centres of the movida and entertainment centres par excellence). And this is why the attic is appreciated, as it is close to entertainment centres, but in a quiet and relaxing location.
The cottage is 200 m from the centre (with churches, pizzerias and shops) and a supermarket is 50 m from the house.
A beautiful sea at S, Marco beach with crystal clear water and lidos and playgrounds are 2 km and 200 m from the house, a comfortable beach for beginner swimmers and experienced swimmers using canoes or pedal boats:

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
