The house offers 110 square metres of living space and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Also of note is the outdoor living and dining area, which makes it pleasant to spend time on the large terrace. It is an ideal place to rest and relax thanks to its fantastic terrace with views of the sea and the surrounding nature. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is very private and quiet. On the terrace, you can always find a place in the shade, as the sun moves around the house during the day; the two tables offer the possibility of having breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors. Two cars can be parked in the car park.

The house has a large, sunny living room with two dining areas, a kitchen, a master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms overlook the sea, while the third overlooks the garden. The house has numerous windows that offer beautiful views from every direction. The villa has satellite TV and wireless internet access.

The house is an ideal base for easily visiting the Sicilian capital and the western part of the island. In this area are the small port towns of Porticello and Aspra, and the town of Bagheria with its famous 18th-century villas. Just 50 metres from the house is the entrance to Monte Catalfano, a natural park ideal for excursions and offering magnificent views of the coast. The motorway is a 15-20-minute drive away and connects you to various tourist attractions. The picturesque Cefalù, the Greek temples of Agrigento and Segesta, the medieval villages of the Madonie, San Vito, Erice and the Marsala and Trapani areas in western Sicily are all within easy reach. If you do not want to drive to Palermo, you can park your car at the Bagheria or Santa Flavia railway stations and reach the city in 10-15 minutes.

It is advisable to have a car, as the nearest city centre is 3 km away. However, if you prefer to walk, it will take you 20 minutes and you can enjoy the city. Direct access to the rocky coast is next to the property.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
