Villa Tonnara 50 metres from the sea is a flat in a villa on the first floor, accessible via an external iron staircase. The flat is located on the wonderful seafront promenade of Avola, near the Borgo Marinaro, which in recent years, thanks to careful work by the municipal administration, has been completely redeveloped and made a popular tourist destination. Villa Tonnara can accommodate up to 6 people (double room; twin room with 2 single beds; sofa bed in the kitchen area), and is located a few steps from the sea and the main services such as: restaurants, pizzerias, bars and meeting point.
It has a spacious kitchen/living room with exposed beams and complete with all utensils and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The strength of the Villa is its large outdoor area and the veranda furnished with tables and chairs, with a sea view that will invite you to relax with a glass of good wine or simply enjoy an excellent dinner with the sound of the sea in the background.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
