General

The holiday home for 14 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with an air conditioner, a barbecue, a terrace and a swimming pool (private). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven.

Like a ship in the Ionian sea: this is what is this villa located inside the most exclusive residence of this area.

The main structure of the villa consists all on one level, with four double bedrooms (all with en-suite and AC) and a twin (with en-suite too and AC). In the villa we also find two dependances: one with AC, a double bed and two singles; and one reserved for the fitness area. Bedrooms (6) and Bathrooms (6): 4 double bedrooms (all with en-suite) and a twins (with en-suite too) in the ground level. All the bathrooms have shower. Annex: a familiar (double plus twin) and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have AC.Note: The electricity is included up to a consumption of 250 kWh per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost

The exterior of the villa is an embrace to the Ionian coast with one of the best ever Sicilian panorama. Mamma Gina got also a private access to the beach and a fully equipped BBQ area. Pictures better than the words explain the beauty of this exclusive place so check them out!

We are close to Agnone Bagni (2 km’s), a wonderful beach with a great view of Etna volcano. Syracuse (Unesco's) is almost 30 km's away and Catania-Etna too. Taormina, the beatuiful Taormina, lasts 60 km's. A good tip is to visti Megara Hybla (10 km's), a Greek settlements with great ruins. Another Unesco's site: Pantalica (20 km's), 5.000 graves carved on the rock, a breathtaking place where nature, landscape and archaeology work together. Still Unesco's: Noto, the pearl for Baroque style, 50 km's away. If you are a birdwatcher I suggest you the natural reserve of Vendicari (50 km's). My wife Silvana,that is a chef, suggest the following menù: pasta with vongole (clams), tuna all'agrodolce, cassata (sweet). Also, she said me the following: "Tell the visitors to buy a fish (orata or spigola or pesce spada or ...) and do it at the BBQ. Then, if you want to eat it like a Sicilian do, just stuff it with lemon, parsley , garlic and oil". Buon appetito!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
