Iris house, a three-room flat in a residence in the Costa Saracena private area, reachable by the A/18 motorway, on the magnificent Ionian coast, 20 minutes by car from Catania, Syracuse, and 15 minutes from Lentini and Augusta. The location is an excellent starting point for day trips to places of scenic, cultural and artistic interest. A few kilometres to the south is Syracuse (30 km), with its Greek wonders, continuing on you can find baroque treasures such as Noto (55 km), Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi (80 km), Modica (100 km), the necropolis of Pantalica, Palazzolo Acreide (35 km) the natural oases of Simeto and Vendicari. Heading north, on the other hand, you will arrive directly at the historic centre of Catania (30 km), a city full of ferment with its movida, its shopping and its Baroque churches and palaces. Continuing along the Ionian coast, you will encounter seaside villages such as Acitrezza with its Faraglioni rocks, Acicastello, Acireale and Taormina (80 km). You will be less than 30 minutes away from museums, nature reserves such as the stupendous Etna Park (60 km), and many typical restaurants where you can try the delicacies of Sicilian cuisine. Elegantly furnished, and equipped with all comforts: TV, washing machine, air conditioner, hairdryer, electric oven, large fridge with freezer, safe, iron and ironing board, toaster, maximum 4 beds. Comprising kitchen/living room with sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV; 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower; 1 furnished terrace with barbecue overlooking the sea. The house is complete with outdoor furniture (table with 6 chairs, deckchairs) and indoor furniture. Free parking space available. Just a few steps down to a wonderful, secluded and quiet beach. If you prefer sand, you will find the white sand of Agnone bagni (Agnone baths) just 5 minutes away by car. There are tennis courts, a five-a-side football pitch, and a minimarket. Linen included.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
