Villa Oasi is an elegant and private residence, set in a quiet complex of recently renovated terraced houses. Strategically located just 4 kilometres from the motorway, it is the ideal starting point for exploring western Sicily, with easy access to the provinces of Trapani and Palermo.

At the entrance, a spacious veranda welcomes guests and introduces them to the living area, the heart of the house, from which three double bedrooms and a main bathroom branch off. One of the rooms has a private bathroom, offering greater comfort and privacy. The interiors are bright, well-distributed and carefully furnished, designed to ensure a relaxing stay.

The villa is surrounded by a large private garden, where up to three cars can be comfortably parked. An outdoor fountain provides refreshment when returning from the beach, while at the back there is a courtyard with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, as well as a practical laundry area.

The house is fully equipped: bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, iron and ironing board, two air conditioners, television, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, fully equipped kitchen and charcoal barbecue in the main veranda.

There are minimarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and tobacconists in the immediate vicinity. Despite being part of a three-family house, Villa Oasi guarantees total independence: the only shared space is the main external entrance, while all living and outdoor spaces are for exclusive use.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
