As well as being near the sea, the Villa is also in a strategic position for its proximity to various tourist destinations such as Castellammare del Golfo, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, the renowned Zingaro Nature Reserve, the Marsala Salt Pans, Trapani and Mazara del Vallo, famous for the quality of its fish. Just over 60 km away you can also reach the city of Palermo for a tour of the historic centre and a visit to the countless churches and points of historical and artistic interest. Nearby you can also rent boats and book various excursions such as visiting the islands of Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo. There are several natural areas in the vicinity. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
