Near Acque Dolci, in the province of Messina and about 2 km from the city centre, is this 50 m² detached holiday home with a large garden, from which a path of about 100 m leads directly to the sea.

Outside, a large brick-paved area awaits you on two sides of the house, ideal for relaxing moments. On one side is a large brick table with ceramic tiles, perfect for dinners with friends or family. Next to the large table is a fountain with running water coming directly from the village well and a barbecue for preparing meals outdoors. In the garden there are various fruit trees and on the path leading to the sea there is an outdoor shower. The property also has a concrete courtyard and private parking spaces. The property is only partially fenced.

The small holiday home consists of a large living/sleeping room with adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette with 4-burner cooker, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine and electric coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. In the living/bedroom there are two double sofa beds. The rental price includes bed linen and towels, electricity, water, gas and final cleaning. The accommodation has a TV, hairdryer and fan. Pets are allowed.

The beach is about 100 metres away and consists of sand and pebbles. It overlooks the Aeolian Islands and is quiet and uncrowded, as only you can access it directly from your private garden. The accommodation is ideal for a couple or a family who want privacy, tranquillity and relaxation for their holiday characterised by days at the beach, barbecues and relaxing moments. However, you should not miss out on cultural excursions to nearby places such as Cefalù, Palermo, Capo d'Orlando or Tindari. From the port of Sant'Agata di Militello, which is about 4 km away, you can embark for the Aeolian Islands. After about 10 km, you can also reach the Nebrodi Park, the largest nature reserve in Sicily, which extends from the northern coast to Mount Etna and the province of Enna. The area is ideal for tourists who enjoy hiking and the mountains in general.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
