General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, a doubter bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a patio and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, two showers and a bidet.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, an oven, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stove, a dishwasher and a microwave.

This charming, historic holiday home in Santa Tecla, a hamlet of Acireale, just 20 metres from the beach, is ideal for a family with children or a group of friends.

At present, and only temporarily, the part of the garden facing the sea is inaccessible due to the recent storm surges caused by Cyclone Harry.

We are awaiting the necessary administrative approvals to proceed with the restoration of the damaged area as soon as possible.

Please note that, in any case, the small courtyard with its attached shower remains fully functional as before.

Restaurants, pizzerias, a kiosk-bar, a small but well-stocked shop and the supermarket are all within easy reach, so do go out and try the local cuisine.

The Garitta di Santa Tecla, a Saracen watchtower 750 metres from our house, is also a lovely place to visit at least once.

Enjoy preparing typical regional dishes in the well-equipped kitchen or sipping an aperitif on the terrace with its spectacular views.

Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving the house for more than an hour and close the awnings and shutters on windy days.

You can park your car on the street below and in the surrounding areas.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
