Villa Louise is a delightful terraced house within the beautiful and well-kept La Magnolia residence, on the outskirts of Aci Castello, a municipality on the Cyclops Riviera.
The vintage house is spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor is the entrance to the accommodation and a spacious furnished garden. Going up to the first floor is the living area with a single sofa bed, the kitchen and a bathroom. From the living room, a staircase leads to a private terrace with garden furniture and sunshade. The sleeping area is located on the third floor and consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a single bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
From all the windows one can enjoy the view of the private and communal garden that offers a wide variety of Mediterranean plants. The residence has a communal swimming pool and a very convenient private access to the sea with a platform between the lava cliffs, which is also equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, parasols and a communal shower near the beach.

The municipality of Aci Castello is a small town located a few kilometres north of Catania. In the centre, there are several shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias as well as numerous places of historical interest such as the Church of San Mauro Abate. Located in the centre, it was built in the 12th century. Inside the church are frescoes and paintings dating back to the medieval period.
On the cliff overlooking the sea stands the Norman-Swabian Castle from which one can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the nearby municipality of Aci Trezza, with its Faraglioni, linked to the legend of Ulysses and Polyphemus, recounted in the Odyssey by the Greek poet Homer.
The neighbouring municipalities of Aci Trezza, a fishing village, and Acireale, with its Baroque buildings, are of interest.
Aci Castello and the surrounding area offer many other activities and interesting places to discover. Villa Louise is about 15 minutes away from Catania, with its historic centre, Cathedral and Via Etnea.
From Aci Castello you can easily reach the motorways to Taormina, Siracusa, Ragusa, to discover the eastern part of Sicily where the TV series 'il commissario Montalbano' is set.
About 24 km away is the Etnaland amusement park, ideal for families, offering several swimming pools, slides and water attractions.
A few kilometres from the coast of Aci Castello is Isola Lachea, declared a nature reserve in 1998 and famous for its rock formations and its flora and fauna.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
