The apartment features a beautiful new eat-in kitchen with a comfortable sofa. Enjoy the sea view from the dining table, and the balcony becomes a second living space! Beautiful furniture and excellent amenities! Satellite TV, a kitchenette with a dishwasher, and a gas stove for when you need it.

The cozy bedroom offers a double bed. Two additional single beds are located on a sleeping loft. Sleep under the stars! The small bathroom was completely renovated in 2018. The bidet, toilet, and shower are new, and a washing machine is provided. The balcony invites you to spend wonderful hours outdoors, complete with a small outdoor kitchen including a grill and sink. There is also a courtyard with an outdoor shower and a garden behind the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
