The house overlooks a large terrace with outdoor table and gazebo, and from the terrace leads to the garden available to guests. The house is located in the center of Tortolì. It is close to shops, restaurants and pizzerias, and a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of Ogliastra: Basaura, Lido di Orri, Lido di Cea. From the house you can easily visit the main beaches of Ogliastra and the interior of Sardinia. The beaches of Girasole, Lotzorai, Santa Maria Navarrese are just a few kilometers away, and in half an hour you can reach the naturalistic oasis of Santa Barbara, Villagrande Strisaili, and Ierzu and Ussassai.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
