The small town of Telti offers a unique vacation for friends or family who want to escape the rat race and enjoy a slower pace of life. The apartment is set in unspoiled countryside just 3 minutes from the town. Telti is a rural setting, surrounded by farmland, olive groves. Olbia airport is only a 25 minute drive.

On the ground floor, the apartment can sleep up to 5 people. The shaded veranda, which overlooks the lush gardens, acts as an outdoor dining room for meals al fresco. The living room is accessed via French windows. It is comfortably furnished with two sofas and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen/diner is adjacent to the sitting room and also has doors onto the veranda. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, a coffee maker and a fridge/freezer. There is another dining table in the kitchen for more casual snacks.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and extensive wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, a laptop-friendly workspace and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: This smaller bedroom has a single bed, a laptop-friendly workspace and a wardrobe.

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: This terracotta tiled bathroom has a corner bath, with shower attachment, basin, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2: The attractively tiled bathroom has a glass shower, bidet, basin, WC and washing machine.

The town centre features two charming churches and the Cultural & Natural Museum of Sardinia, which offers insights into local community life. For self-catering, Telti’s agricultural roots make its Tuesday farmers’ market a highlight, offering the freshest local produce, including fruit, vegetables, cheeses, and olive oil. If you miss it, Olbia’s Saturday market on Via Sangallo (about 20 minutes away) is another excellent spot to discover Sardinian specialties.

Sardinia’s stunning beaches are just a 30-minute drive away. From Porto San Paolo (35 minutes), you can catch a boat to Tavolara Island, a fantastic destination for hiking, swimming, and enjoying lunch at the renowned Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s reigning monarch. A regular boat service runs from Porto San Paolo, or you can hire a boat or kayak to explore smaller nearby islands like Isola Cavalli and Isola Piana.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
