This stretch of coastline is quieter and less developed than the famous Costa Smeralda, yet offers many activities and attractions nearby. Platamona beach is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, so the sea is always within easy reach.

The main apartment, located on the first floor and reached via an external staircase, offers a welcoming sitting room complete with a sofa, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV—ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. A separate kitchen and dining area, provides a bright and pleasant space for meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer. The dining area comfortably seats six, and there’s an additional cozy corner with a small table and seating.In the garden, a charming wooden gazebo offers an entirely self-contained living space. Octagonal in shape, it features a spacious open-plan interior with a basic kitchen, a dining table with chairs, two sofas, and a TV—ideal for added privacy or hosting extra guests.Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The elegant master bedroom has a French double bed, a TV, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out single bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom 1: The attractively tiled en suite bathroom is appointed with a shower, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: The separate bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: There is an additional outdoor (covered) shower room with a shower and WC.

Guests can relax on the wide sandy beach with crystal clear waters or enjoy surfing and other water sports for a more active vacation experience. A long coastal bike path is ideal for cycling, jogging and leisurely walks.

Conveniently, a supermarket, bar and pizzeria are located just 200 meters from the property. For a wider range of services, the town of Sorso is only a 10 minute drive away and offers everything from ATMs to supermarkets and pharmacies. Head west to Porto Torres (also 10 minutes away) to browse the lively Tuesday morning market, perfect for sourcing fresh local produce. For everyday essentials, the town also has three well-stocked supermarkets.

A scenic 25-minute drive up the coast brings you to Castelsardo - renowned as one of the '100 most beautiful villages in Italy'. Dominated by the well-preserved Doria Castle perched on a cliff, the village invites visitors to wander its charming alleys and savor the local cuisine in its traditional restaurants.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
