The Sardinian granite staircase and fireplace as well as the terracotta-coloured floors provide special accents and give the rooms a warm and inviting character. Every detail has been designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Outside is a true paradise: A 35 square metre L-shaped loggia offers a magnificent view of the sea, while a spacious terrace at the rear of the house invites you to spend relaxing hours. The 2000 square metre plot is lovingly planted with olive trees, junipers, palms, oleanders, geraniums and hibiscus, landscaped with beautiful stone terraces and completely fenced, which promises privacy and security.
Not far from this peaceful retreat is the village of Solanas, a tranquil seaside resort that has remained untouched by mass tourism. Just 1.5 km from the house, it offers bars, pizzerias, supermarkets and excellent restaurants in high season. Here you can also discover a market with Sardinian specialities. The white dream beach of Solanas, known for its crystal-clear water, is only 1100 metres away. For the more adventurous, the surrounding area offers activities such as surfing, sailing and diving in Villasimius, just 10 minutes away by car.
