Detailed information
This holiday house enjoys a quiet location above a sea bay, offering guests an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. The holiday accommodation comprises a ground floor and a light basement floor. These two floors provide guests with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The living room can be cooled with fans on hot days. The three bedrooms, one of which is in the basement, each have a double bed. Two further beds are provided either by a bunk bed (suitable for children) or a pull-out double sofa bed in the living room. As there are three bathrooms, all with a shower and a toilet, it is no problem for eight people to be accommodated. The kitchen provides the standard kitchen appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. In the basement one can find a washing machine, as well as a second, small, full-equipped kitchen.
Outside you are welcomed by a sunny veranda with an awning. The 1200 m² site is completely fenced. The fruit and vegetable gardens not only create a relaxing atmosphere, but also ensure adequate privacy. On hot days you can cool off in the pool (open from June to September, with solar heating). There is an outdoor shower with cold water, and a solar-heated cold and warm water shower by the pool. Guests can relax on the terraces and lawns, which afford lovely sea views towards the surrounding islands as far as Corsica. The provided garden furniture and a barbecue corner allow guests to end the day outdoors with a cosy grill evening. For arrivals by car, two parking spaces are available.
Bedlinen and towels can either be brought by guests themselves, or can be booked at a supplementary charge.
The holiday house is about 3 km from the centre, where there are also the nearest shops. In the restaurant/pizzeria 3 km away, guests can sample the typical local cuisine or the excellent pizza. It also only takes a few minutes to get to the nearby sandy beach (about 800 metres away). Within a radius of a few kilometres there are also other beaches. The holiday accommodation is about 60km from the airport in Olbia. As there are no public transport connections, a car is recommended for getting around.
