The I Mirti Bianchi residence is located in the renowned town of Santa Teresa Gallura in a quiet location and a few minutes walk from the town center. The modern marina allows for easy access to nearby Corsica and the stunning archipelago of the Island of La Maddalena.

The apartments, measuring 45MQ, consist of a living room, double sofa bed, double bedroom, and bathroom. They can be located on the ground, first, or second floor of the three-storey facility in the town center. The residence also features a heated swimming pool with a whirlpool for adults and children, along with an elevator connecting them to the internal garage.

The residence is situated approximately 800 meters from the white sandy beach of Rena Bianca, offering crystal clear waters and nearby bathing establishments. Diving centers are also available in the vicinity. Additionally, the village provides a public bus service to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata from mid-June to mid-September.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
