The Residence is located along one of the richest coasts of white and golden sandy beaches of Sardinia. The Residence is located about 100 meters from the sea and in 15 minutes by boat you can also reach the famous beach Rosa di Budelli.
The residential complex is located just 100 meters from the sea, consisting of sky villas - land with independent entrance, each equipped with private parking space and private garden.
The villa, renovated in 2022, has an independent entrance and a private parking space. Equipped with air conditioning summer/ winter, has a comfortable private garden, a veranda and two kitchens.
The interior kitchen is new and masonry, fully equipped with refrigerator, electric hob, pots and dishes. The apartment also has a large covered veranda with outdoor kitchen, ideal for having lunch and dinner in peace, respecting privacy.
In the living room there is a large table and kitchenette. Another large double bedroom (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed separated from the living room for another 4 people.
The bathroom is modern with washing machine and shower with hydromassage and chromotherapy.
Outside we can find a large private garden with barbecue area; also you can enjoy the outdoor area dedicated to reading and relaxation, for an even more pleasant and quiet.
