The villa is situated in the gulf of Cagliari on the south coast of Sardinia in a strategic position on the coastal road to Villasimius, just 5 minutes by car from the sea, only 10 minutes from the famous POETTO beach, 20 minutes from the centre of CAGLIARI and 10 minutes from the naturalistic oasis of Molentargius . Nearby there are beaches, sea, supermarkets, shopping centres and restaurants where you can taste excellent local food.
The villa is accessed by a pedestrian entrance or by car from the internal car park with sliding gate. A wide walkway leads to the front door of the house. Inside, the villa is on two levels. The main entrance on the ground floor leads directly to the living room with TV and dining area. A single room houses the living room and the large, well-equipped kitchen. The bright sliding glass door of the living room and the kitchen leads to a veranda and to the covered gazebo equipped with table and chairs, ideal for dinners tasting the typical products of our Sardinian land. From the living room you reach the corridor leading to the bathroom and the double bedroom. From the corridor you reach the staircase leading to the sleeping area on the upper floor composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom.
