The holiday home is located in the Stella di Mare tourist complex. The complex borders a beautiful beach and is close to Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, and the most beautiful and famous beaches on the south coast.
The villa offers an additional outdoor living space of about 40 square metres. The veranda is furnished with wicker sofas and chairs, a table and a masonry sofa with cushions. There is also a fireplace and a storage room. The terrace and the house are surrounded by a beautiful garden of about 250 square metres. There is garden furniture, a hammock and two showers, one of which has solar-powered hot water.
The house has a living area of approximately 130 square metres, distributed on two levels. The ground floor comprises the entrance area with a large living room furnished with simplicity and elegance, the dining room, the kitchen, a utility room and a laundry room with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The living and dining area has air conditioning, TV (satellite decoder available at an extra charge) and a fireplace. On this level there is also a double bedroom (160 x 190 cm) with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with bathtub, a hallway, a small balcony overlooking the large garden and three bedrooms, two of which have double beds (160 x 190 cm), Sardinian-style furniture, large wardrobes and chests of drawers. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and two single beds (80 x 190 cm). The entire house is equipped with heating. All rooms, except the kitchen, are air-conditioned. Internet access via Wi-Fi is available.
The resort was built in the early 1970s by an American architect in a sophisticated and distinctive style. The complex includes a supermarket, a pizzeria/restaurant, tennis courts, a bar and a disco. In the immediate vicinity is the Marina di Capitana marina, which is only a five-minute walk away. There you will find a popular restaurant and a discotheque. Diving, other water sports and boat trips can also be booked. The beach of Capitana can be reached in two minutes by car. Other beaches such as Mari Pintau, Torre delle Stelle, Geremeas are ten minutes away or Villasimius is 20 minutes away.
Children's toys, bicycles, parasols and an inflatable pool for children are also available. Bed linen, towels and an iron are also included in the price. Two cots are also available. A parking space for one vehicle is available within the fenced property; additional parking spaces are available in front of the property.
