The Palau Green Village residential complex is located 500 meters from the center of Palau. It is a 20-minute ferry ride from the island of La Maddalena and a 30-minute drive from the Costa Smeralda. The beach, only 150 meters away, offers stunning views of the islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena.

The apartments at Palau Green Village are comfortably furnished and made of typical Sardinian stone. They can be on the ground floor with a furnished patio or on the second floor with a furnished balcony. Each apartment includes a kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, and bathroom.

The residential complex is set in manicured gardens with Mediterranean scrub plants and wind-sculpted granite rocks from Gallura. There are pedestrian paths surrounded by greenery that connect the apartments to the swimming pool. The beach is surrounded by a thick pine forest with fitness trail, ideal for walks and outdoor sports activities.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
