Located on the first floor of a small apartment building, this property is just a short walk or 3-minute golf cart ride from the nearest beach, which offers amenities such as a bar and sun loungers. It is a 4-minute drive from the village of Murta Maria on the Gulf of Olbia, a 7-minute drive from the stunning beaches of Porto Istana and a 10-minute drive from Punta Tronfino. The nearest international airport, Olbia Costa Smeralda, is approximately 15 minutes drive away.

Inside the apartment has a large open plan kitchen/diner with a dining table, coffee machine, induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The separate living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa. Ceraso Sunset is just a 4-minute drive from the village of Murta Maria on the Gulf of Olbia, 7 minutes from the stunning beaches of Porto Istana, and 10 minutes from Punta Tronfino, a hub for windsurfing and water sports such as diving and kayaking. For a more relaxed seaside experience, Spiaggia Su Sarrale, just a 10-minute walk away, offers a great spot for sunbathing and swimming.

In Murta Maria, guests can explore small local shops and enjoy excellent seafood at charming restaurants and cafés. Just 10 minutes away in Porto San Paolo, a regular boat service provides access to the marine-protected island of Tavolara—an ideal destination for hiking, swimming, and dining at the renowned Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king.

The city of Olbia, a 20-minute drive away, boasts cultural and culinary attractions, including the famous Basilica di San Simplicio and vibrant farmers' markets held three times a week, with the Saturday market on Via Sangallo being a particular highlight.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
