The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a porch, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, two washbasins, two showers and a bidet.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Charming holiday home in a villa with only 3 apartments, convenient to the famous Mare e Rocce beach of Pittulongu. Located on the raised ground floor, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa, mezzanine with two more beds, double bedroom, bathroom and veranda furnished with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation.

The free and equipped beaches of Mare e Rocce and Bados can be easily reached on foot as can those of Pellicano and Squalo; the nearest sea is just 150 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are all the main services of Pittulongu.

There is a TV, washing machine, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking space; the villa is surrounded by a large fenced space, therefore ideal for allowing children to play in complete tranquility.

For larger groups there are in the same villa, another two-room apartment capable of hosting up to 4 people and a three-room apartment capable of hosting up to 3 people; therefore overall it is a villa with 12 beds.

A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

There is a lake/open water less than 150 meter. You can also relax, because near Bilo Caraibi 2 in Olbia you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
