For holiday rental, I offer the exceptionally well-maintained holiday home Elea.

It is located approximately 600 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Geremeas in southern Sardinia.

Up to four adults and two children can comfortably vacation here.

The house offers:

2 bedrooms (two single beds that can be joined together)
2 bathrooms (both equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and hairdryer)
1 living and dining room with a sofa bed (which can be converted into a double bed) and a kitchenette.

A spacious terrace and a garden complete the offering.

The terrace provides a dining area and a relaxation space. The garden extends along three sides of the house.

Amenities include: individually controlled air conditioning in all three rooms.

A dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, and Wi-Fi are standard amenities.

Furthermore, a toaster, kettle, German-style coffee maker, sun loungers, and other amenities are provided for a relaxing holiday.

A secluded outdoor shower with hot water, a barbecue, and two private parking spaces complete the offering.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
