You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a bidet, two showers and three washbasins.

Spread over two floors, the house offers ample space for relaxation: The ground floor features a bright living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and direct access to a small terrace, complemented by a guest WC. Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, an additional anteroom with a sofa bed, and two modern bathrooms – one of which is ensuite with a natural stone shower.

The high-quality furnishings leave nothing to be desired: stylish designer lighting, elegant bathrooms with rain showers and natural stone sinks, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and cozy wood-burning stoves for cooler days. For added comfort, the living area features wall heating and the bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
