This apartment was designed by a local architect and built by local bricklayers. The large tiled terrace leads directly to the spacious garden with sun loungers, etc., where you can relax and enjoy a good book. The garden features outdoor showers (well-covered for privacy), a barbecue, and a fireplace for preparing and enjoying delicious meals al fresco.

The apartment is divided into four zones: a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a spacious kitchen equipped with everything necessary for meal preparation, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
